Question 1

What is CodeReaal?

Accepted Answer

CodeReaal is a B2B technical assessment platform focused first on DevOps and Cloud hiring. Candidates work through realistic infrastructure missions while hiring teams review observable evidence instead of quiz scores.

Question 2

How is CodeReaal different from LeetCode or HackerRank?

Accepted Answer

CodeReaal focuses on realistic work instead of algorithmic quiz scores. The first product wedge is DevOps and Cloud assessment: debugging, deployment, validation, and infrastructure judgment.

Question 3

Is DevOps and Cloud the first focus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CodeReaal is positioned first around DevOps, Cloud, SRE, Platform, and Infrastructure hiring because those roles need observable work evidence.

Question 4

What engineering roles can CodeReaal assess?

Accepted Answer

CodeReaal starts with DevOps Engineers, SREs, Cloud Engineers, Platform Engineers, and infrastructure-focused roles. Broader engineering missions can follow from the same evidence-first model.

Question 5

Is CodeReaal anti-AI?

Accepted Answer

No. CodeReaal does not position itself as anti-AI. It helps hiring teams observe how candidates use tools, reason through constraints, and produce evidence in realistic work.

Question 6

How does CodeReaal support review?

Accepted Answer

CodeReaal emphasizes reviewable evidence: session context, commands, code changes, validation outcomes, explanations, and an assessment report for the hiring team.

Question 7

How do teams get access?

Accepted Answer

CodeReaal is in private beta. Teams book a 30-minute call or request a proposal on the pricing page.
